Beberapa hari yang lalu, teman saya sempat menanyakan apa sih perbedaannya Dual-Core, Core Duo dan Core 2 Duo.... Hehehe..... Dasar saya sok tahu, akhirnya saya jawab sekenanya.... ... Yah.. emang dasar orang sok tau.. Setelah itu saya buru cari definisi Dual-Core, Core Duo dan Core 2 Duo di Internet... Setelah googling berapa lama akhirnya ketemu.. Di bawah ini adalah definisi Dual-Core, Core Duo dan Core 2 Duo dari berbagai situs :

Dual Core :

CPU terdiri dari 2 inti prosesor, sehingga dapat memproses 2 langkah kerja (threads) secara paralel.

adalah generasi ke-8 dari jajaran processor dari Intel yang sudah memakai microprocessor dengan arsitektur x86.
